The Department of Children and Families, Children’s System of Care (CSOC) offers a wide range of services for children up to age 21 with behavioral health, substance use, or developmental disability needs. These services include community-based services, intensive in-home services, out-of-home residential treatment services, and family support services. For individuals over the age of 18, the New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is responsible for determining eligibility. Age 18 and under, eligibility is determined by PerformCare.
